We are an active organization of professionals committed to providing reliable, accurate, and timely appraisal and consulting services throughout the greater Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York and surrounding areas. Our mission is to provide fair and accurate assessments of the art and antiques market. PAAA upholds professional guidelines established by the Appraisal Foundation Board. Our membership offers clients specialized experts in the art and antiques field. Our membership includes fine art and antique experts. We are consistently aware of the latest market trends, historical, and scholarly research, and technological advancements to serve our clients. Our broad knowledge base aids in the quick, accurate, and thorough preparation of appraisals. To ensure fair and ethical treatment towards our clients and to serve their needs, our member appraisers act in strict accordance with the Appraisal Foundation Board’s report, Professional Standards & Principles of Practice. Moreover, our appraiser’s fee structures are based on either a predetermined hourly rate or a single fixed sum - never on a percentage of the appraised item’s value. | ||
